We shared the results of our randomized clinical trial in Catalonia evaluating the impact of financial incentives and performance feedback on primary care quality.

At @woncaeurope.org in Paris, as part of #FLASHPROJECT , we present a study on primary care–nursing home integration in Catalonia.

In 612 nursing homes, higher integration was associated with fewer hospital admissions, less polypharmacy and fewer ED visits.
