Peacock has re-joined Brooks Automation as the Chelmsford-based semiconductor manufacturer’s chief business transformation officer.

Morgan Ebin, who most recently served as the chief operating officer at Flexcon’s parent company 44 Maple Group, is now the COO of Flexcon itself.

Flexcon’s announcement did not provide any additional information on the reason for the departures or replacement plans for the CFO and COO roles.
