Both routes I take to go back and forth from Phoenix to Navajo are flooded. Flagstaff and Payson are both looking terrible, and I can’t believe what I’m seeing. I’ve driven both routes in crazy, scary snow, but I’ve never driven or seen it as flooded as it is now.
