i have to assume its something they push and advocate for as part of the contract/rider, but they can't win them all.
the absolute astounding quality of at least the fov2 streams should show any creative director anywhere that it's a value-add to the festival, even just as positive press

they've all done this if you just practise like, active viewing lol. fov2 was just absolutely incredible but every live stream is fucking incredible to experience, especially live, remembering that *this is all happening right now for the first time and you are seeing it be born*

but yeah the Cavs comment was great, because I saw a lot of basically Cavs and Stu during fov2 kinda just like, handing off lead back and forth to set pace and when to move out of jams, like the band grown ups while the rest just play and have fun

that's just for fov2, mind you. there was just a lot of really really good concert cinematography and the stream and vid production setup was remarkable, but then that was their own venue for all intents and purposes, their tour techs have had all year to prepare and make it dope as possible and did

had a dream field of vision 3 was this weekend and only 2 weeks after fov2 and no one was ready for it but i still had to pick up trash for it

god, head on/pill is so goddamn good
i am so glad for the way they structure and build these sets. i've gotten so familiar with the petrodragon/b741 stuff over the last 2 years, when fov2 started i was missing it a bit, but so many good deep cuts, and all the new edm stuff... just magical

I went to FOV2 saw 9 hours of King Gizzard, many other amazing acts, partied as myself, saw old friends and made new ones. and now im back home to the cesspit of South Dakota… I miss my gizzy friends so much and I miss the safety of being openly myself

a completely different table which had a fraction of the stuff the others did. I gave it a shot at the end of the show to get the FOV2 vinyl. They didn’t have it. I explained what I was told and one guy listened, went out and grabbed the vinyl, and brought it back. (2)
