Based on the graphic they released, FP7 is actually larger than fp9, even though FP9 carries a larger warhead.
Similar to Khinzal that can be launched from jets (not just TU22), they will likely use F16 or mirage 2000 to launch FP9 to increase its range and make it more challenging to intercept.
