FPN also owns a company called medical records organization. This is a data retrieval company that specializes in medical records. So if you another provider, an insurance company or attorney needs your medical records for some reason, MRO charges them a fee. It appears that FPN is buying private

He said that when they acquire a private practice, they also acquire their assets. Patient’s medical records are considered assets in 2026. You could argue the FPN has no obligation to their new patients but the provider when purchased should at least notify their current patient.

I think the FPN should be required to notify their new patients and they should ask for consent of the transfer of assets (my private medical information) and if I decline, my old provider should provide me with a copy and destroy theirs. So far everyone saying it’s tricky or wacky.

In general when a company doesn’t notify their customers of changes to terms and conditions it’s because they don’t want them to know. why doesn’t FPN want their new clients to know that they are their clients?

FPN buys a provider. They own the records. They also own the data retrieval company MRO. MRO charges your provider a fee to retrieve your documents. Are healthcare conglomerates buying private practices to acquire medical records for the purposes of charging a fee to Attorneys, insurance, etc.?

The consent or notification of the patients Gary says that they’re not legally required to notify you the patient when FPN acquires your medical provider. He says that they’re not legally required to get your consent to purchase the medical records as one of the assets of your doctors office.

I spoke to Gary Parker compliance, and privacy officer at FPN after a lengthy discussion he said that he would mail me my records to the address on record. No confirmation of last four of the SSN no ID shown. just expose companies their crooked business model and they will violate HIPAA again.

After arguing with my provider, I received a call from Gary Peters privacy and compliance at FPN and he said you can get your medical records if you go there and show ID. I said your staff told me otherwise. I believe your staff is directing patients to the profit side of records retrieval.

Priđe mi momak nakon lajva u FTV i kaže da mu je mama rekla da me pozdravi. Ona je u Brčkom i gledala je to. A onda mi kaže svoje ime i ispostavi se da je sin od drugara mi koji je umro prije koju godinu. Bio je baš mali kad sam ga posljedni put vidio. Sad u Bg-u studira na FPN.
