Uranium enriched to 60% is, of course, already a weapon-grade material in that it does not require further enrichment. A relevant paper from Science & Global Security. Lower enrichments, even HALEU, will work too. And design doesn't have to be implosion. scienceandglobalsecurity.org/archive/2025...

The problem is that coffee doesn’t hoard well. You can go a while without a noticeable flavor shift, but not long enough to make it to the end of his term. Barring extremely funny catastrophic medical incident, of course.

So, all that said, the PPE you want has to be subtle, which can limit effectiveness but something is better than nothing.
The most basic thing is polycarb safety glasses. Any hardware store will have them. Spend a few extra bucks and get the nicer ones sunglasses-ish ones with adjustable arms.

That is highly implausible. Food irradiation doesn't involve unencapsulated Cs-137. If you have unencapsulated Cs-137 AT A FOOD IRRADIATION FACILITY you have a Goiania level event happening.

Prop 65 warnings are there because there is something in this item that contains something that, if dumped and the landfill and somehow *leaches to the groundwater* might cause cancer. There’s a helluva lot of things that might do that and we’ve learned more since Prop 65’s inception.
