Doctor's office calls me and says the new cardiologist shouldn't be the one prescribing my blood thinner, that a hematologist should because they don't manage FVL.
My head almost exploded. "Um, I take it because I have aFib *and* FVL, and my previous cardiologist FROM THIS PRACTICE prescribed it."

like on one hand the USMC is often the poor service using the old shit, but in a period of massive reinvestment I can see the USMC get swept up/tagging along with FVL swinging for the fences
