Dani Davis told a superior at Walmart that a man screamed anti-trans epithets while she was alone in the bathroom. Walmart fired her after she reported what happened.

FWalmart isn't a publisher. If they're selling a defective power tool, they can and will be sued, but what won't happen is that they will wave their own private 'get of jail' on a motion to dismiss which makes them immune from liability and stops attorneys from finding out if they knew of the defect
