Today I’ve nearly completed my latest emulation: a #buchla259 #BitwigStudio #fxgrid device. I’m not satisfied with the controls layout, but the sounds are all kinds of filled with #bonkwave potential.

Twitterで見つけた情報をまとめておく。
PolyGrid・FXGridはTrue Mono状態(インスペクタパネルで確認)だと、無音のアイドル状態でもCPUを食う。Digi MonoかPolyであれば、MIDIノートが入力された時のみCPUを食うようになる。

回避方法
PolyGridは(そもそもノートされる時のみ動けば良いので)Digi MonoかPolyで運用する。
FXGridは上記に加えてAuto-gateを長めに設定(例は3000ms)、PreFXにReplacerを入れる。スレッショルドは下げておく。(音が流れるとMIDIノートが生成される)
