Not worse than 70s/80s. But worse than 10 years ago. Quality can depend on how much money you have. Good food is expensive but ultra processed food & factoryfarmed meat full of steroids/antibiotics is cheap. And a lot of deregulation of food safety is contributing to Listeria and food-borne illness
