Email text that starts Hi there, ordered a pair of converse sneakers from Foot Lockers website and received them in early February this year. Unfortunately, three weeks ago, they already developed a hole in the bottom. I contacted Foot Locker the same day I noticed this, and requested a refund since I would expect shoes like converse to last more than 6 months. Ever since contacting them, I have been met with a brick wall of customer service reps and managers insisting I must return them in person despite the fact I bought them online and my nearest store is in Christchurch and I live in Nelson. Obviously this isn't a reasonable solution to make this right, but they absolutely will not budge. I have also seen some reviews on Google and trustpilot of other people around New Zealand facing this same issue. I don't believe it's consistent with the Consumer Guarantees Act and I don't believe it's the right way to treat customers. I'm happy to provide my re
