Jade: It feels a bit like we’re coming out of a fog. Our system is stabilizing. That said, we’ve decided to focus on four...possibly five…of our stories- Darkest Rainbow, As You Fall, Where Angels Fear, our FallenRoyalRose story, and possibly Bad Moon.

We might return to the other stories at some…

Maybe Rosie, Charlie and Vaggie need a fourth…but who would that be? Not someone we need to think about right now.

Sins of Heaven Ch2 “Tears in Heaven” is up. Heaven has fallen and for everyone involved, life is never going to be the same.

While life continues normally for the residents of Pentagram City, Adam captures the leadership of Heaven, but he never expects them to fight back. Sera, Lute and Emily flee as the few exorcists loyal to Heaven rescue those they can. Those who make it out end up in Hell, where some find quick shelter while others have to cope with survival. And for Charlie and her friends, the arrival of two seraphim and an exorcist upends their plans permanently. 6 January 9999 Alastora ”Good evening all you wayward sinners. It’s good to be back on the air. I’m sorry for the absence, but now I’m broadcasting from up here at the Hazbin Hotel where I am helping Princess Charlie Morningstar with her…attempt to redeem souls and stop the exterminations. ”You might have noticed something different…well, introductions are in order. Or reintroductions. This is Alastora, and…shall we say that the changes over the last seven years have been more than helpful to my mental state. Still, I’m betting it’s a shock to my dear old friend Vox, and at least some of you all. ”How about some music to round out the evening?” Alice smiled at her. Her shadow was barely visible in the dimness of the booth, but that was alright. The manifestation of her fractured mind tended to show off emotions better than she ever did. ”Do you think Vox’ll have anything to say about it?” ”No doubt he’ll try to spin this into something.” ”I wonder why that stupid snake thought he could just get into our little hotel and spy on us,” Alice said. ”He was desperate for Vox’ respect. More fool he.” She started up a record as Alice seemed to shift position. While Alice was the most common one to keep her company in the front of the headspace, there were others and every time one of them was close enough, they controlled the shadow. Sometimes she was the shadow, which was interesting. Certainly a strange experience. She knew that her disorder didn’t cause her to become a serial killer. She was pretty certain, though the memories were fuzzy, that they had started in order to survive and perhaps to get vengeance on those who hurt her. She leaned back and imagined what Vox had to be thinking at that moment. ”And, of course, there was that debacle of a meeting Charlie had with the exorcist leader.” ”Of course, but what do you expect? I don’t know what Rosie sees in that girl.” Alice smiled again. ”A very long tongue?” ”Really?” ”I keep forgetting you’re not into …

Chapter 3 of Sins of Heaven is here.

It’s the day after the Fall of Heaven and everyone’s starting to adjust to the new normal.

It’s the day after Heaven fell to Adam’s coup. Everyone is still in shock as to what happened. Charlie, Vaggie and Rosie work through the beginnings of their relationship while Lilith manages to get a message to the Hotel. While the day is quiet, it is still eventful. 18 September 9887 Silver City, Temperance, Heaven Ielia She looked out the window of her office and sighed. She should have been working on the plans of how to expand the city for the influx of humans that were expected in the near future. Instead, she had been going over an ancient set of scrolls covering the possible existence of evil. Of course, they dated to well before Lucifer’s Fall. The door to her office opened. She turned around and stood up. ”Helloooo, Ielia.” ”Adam, why have you entered my office without my leave?” ”Well…Sera sent me ‘cause you’ve been looking up stuff she doesn’t like.” “Then she can come here and forbid me from doing it herself.” ”Yeah…well, she asked us to take care of it.” She was too focused on Adam. An exorcist wrapped a collar around her throat. She felt her powers drain out of her. She started to choke on how tight it was around her throat. ”It won’t stay on for long. ”Sera? She would never…” She didn’t get to finish her statement as another gagging fit hit her. Adam opened a portal and she felt herself dragged through it. She gagged some more at the feeling of the collar around her throat. ”Hey, Rook! I know you’re new but I’m gonna give you a special honor,” Adam said. ”What-What is it, sir?” ”You’re gonna help punish a traitor. It’s quite the honor,” the First Man said. She clawed at the collar. “Consider this your initiation,” he said.

We all know the set up…an exorcist dead, a Princess seeking to redeem souls, but in Sins of Heaven, Adam chooses to strike at Heaven when Sera calls off the exterminations to find out what happened to the exorcist.

At the rainbow is happiness, and to find it how often I’ve tried… It’s the day after the extermination. For Lute, the missing exorcist is a problem, and the unthinkable is quite possible. If this exorcist is dead, could it be one of her sisters who slew her or a demon? Given the risk, Sera considers possibly ending the exterminations until things are fully known. Meanwhile, broken-hearted Rosie sends her strongest ally to the Hotel to help and protect Charlie and Vaggie. For a reinvigored Alastora, this may be not only the opportunity to debut her new self, but also get out of the contract she has with Rosie. Floating around Heaven, Emily falls for someone she feels she shouldn’t, but that all comes crashing down when Adam finds out that Lute went behind his back and Sera has halted the exterminations for the time being. Angry at being told what to do and at Lute’s betrayal, Adam strikes not at Hell, but at Heaven. Sera must ultimately face her own sins echoing back to the Fall of Lucifer Six Days After The Fall Ielia paced back and forth nervously in front of Heaven’s courtroom. The patterns suggesting the Speaker were everywhere done in gold and white. She even felt out of place wearing the whisper of rose pink in her dress. She had always loved that color, and part of that was somehow her eyes had taken on a slightly darker hue of pink. She’d even taken to incorporating her favorite creation into her clothes as the five petaled flower could be found in the cuffs of her sleeves. Somewhere in all of the things and problems that were going on, it felt as if no one was listening to reason. She stopped as she heard footsteps approaching. The tall, regal form of Sera walked towards her. The blues and whites of her clothes fit well into Heaven’s motifs. ”Sera…” ”Yes?” ”Why are you doing this? You act as if Heaven is under attack this very minute!” ”Because something must be done. This sickness must be contained, and since they let evil into the realms, they must be punished. The time for debate is over.” Sera looked annoyed, and she knew that was because this was not the first time she had brought this up. ”We have debated, yes, but what about a trial? We haven’t even listened to their side of the story. We haven’t talked to them. What did Lucifer have to say for themself? I know that Lilith had problems that she tried to bring to us, but no one listened. Why not listen now and not be hasty. Heaven has laws and we have not even offered the accused council.” ”There is nothing to be said or done. They committed treason against Heaven and they have admitted that they gave Eve the Fruit of Forbidden Knowledge. That is confession enough for the council.” ”Were they tricked into it? Perhaps mercy is…” She felt Sera’s hand on her shoulder. “You have always been the one to side on Justice, but you are not thinking clearly here. I know that you have always been fond of his antics. You have counseled him patience and temperance in the past, but he ac…
