When I got it, I learned of a bit in the first 'level'. You can blast a horrible, evil, petty bastard. Optional. If you do, the bastard's family, while knowing full well he was evil, will still be mad at you. See aforementioned optional.
Realistic! I like it.

I find I don't want to do the Riley's Raiders mission because it's quite possible to lose some of the squad members and the tension is too much.

In #FalloutThree, if you're really super sneaky, it's possible to armor up your allies. The water beggar outside Megaton? He ended up with a super cool suit of Power Armor.
It was hilariously weird.
