It’s funny how with this or fangames/ROMhacks you see people spend significant amounts of times to expand on a game they loved and share that work, and some people look at that and think

I guess my problem with pokemon fangames always comes to they are seeded so unfun
i think about bw2s first few areas having some absolute banger pokemon and then every pokemon game afterwards tried really hard to keep a big variety
then fangames are like "400 pokemon, start in Bug Route"

it's frustrating that ive spent years at this point talking about how nintendo does NOT indiscriminately take down fangames and that there are many fangames and rom hacks that are still up and alive, and people still come to conclusions like this
