Hi Farron, I'm a member of both Ring of Fire and your first sub for Farronbalance you just released.
Could you do an in depth ROF video about it? I keep hearing about it but I'm looking for a more in depth coverage about the Supreme Court shadow docet 2025.

In truth we need to show people just how horrible he was when he was still in office.

Should We Just Let Trump Win To Punish Stupid Voters?
The fact that millions of people still support Donald Trump after his felony convictions, and impeachments, and his horrific first term in office says a lot about how stupid the American public can be. One viewer wants to know if we should just let Trump win this election to give these people exactly what they deserve and see how they like it. Farron Cousins explains why that probably isn't a good idea. Obviously even with Donald Trump's, you know, 34 felony convictions, even with his two impeachments. And, uh, even though he has never won the popular vote in a single race that he's ever ran, there are still millions of people who are going to vote for him this year. Millions of people who support him. And that leads me to a very interesting viewer question. This question comes from Roger Wilco, 8 1 3 5. Roger Wilco asks, if our country is so dumb that half the population supports Donald Trump, then I sometimes want to vote amend. So the USA is penalized for its idiocy. Anyone else grappling with this dark side? Um, I'll be honest. Uh, there were many years in my life, a little bit younger, right? Where I did think things like that. I thought, you know what? Y'all wanna vote for these people that are gonna destroy the country? This was long before Trump came into the picture. Do it. Go ahead. We should just let them all win. So everybody sees how horrible the country would become. You know what the problem with that idea is? People still don't get it. Okay? It's not like Donald Trump is new. Donald Trump was the president of the United States for four years. We've seen how horrible he can be when he is in office. And guess what? The people still didn't learn. We were penalized. All right? Absolutely. But it didn't wake them up to realize, wait a minute, maybe we shouldn't put the village idiot in the White House. Millions of people, more people returned in 2020 to vote for 'em than they did in 2016. So they don't feel like they were penalized. I mean, they were, trust me, it was horrible. We lost jobs. We were in a recession. All these horrible things. The covid response was a complete and total disaster, and they still didn't learn. Tens of millions of them showed up to vote for Donald Trump in the year. 2020. Tens of millions of them are going to vote for him this year in spite of all of that. So here's what you do, rather than saying, yes, voters are dumb and they get what they deserve. I agree with you on that. I think Americans individually are very smart, but as soon as you put us in groups, we become very dumb. Even if you have a group of very smart people, you put 'em in a group, they suddenly become a lot dumber than they would be individually. We make bad collective decisions. Each one of us capable of making good decisions on our own. Suddenly that group think kicks in. And man, we're a bunch of morons. But what we need to do in order to snap some of these people out of it and wake them up, is not necessarily always talk about Trump's convictions. You know, not talk about his other pending legal problems, or his horrible behavior, or his language, or his posts on true social. Talk about his record. Because once you start talking about that, people quickly realize there's nothing to talk about. The man was President for four years. Yeah, he got three justices on the Supreme Court. 25% of all federal judicial appointees are from Donald Trump outside. He gave tax cuts to millionaires and billionaires outside of that. What'd he do? He built a couple portions of a wall that are already crumbling to dust. He promised us he'd bring jobs back. All those companies, he said, we're bringing the jobs here. None of them, none of them actually happened. He said he'd get rid of the southern shut down the southern border. No, didn't do it. And he locked some kids in cages. Horrible things that of course were carried over and, and amplified from the Obama administration. Um, other than that, what you ask these people who still support Donald Trump, how did your life become better during those four years he was president? What was better about your life during those four years than it was before he took office? Make them start thinking individually, and then maybe you wake some people up and then maybe we don't deserve to have Donald Trump again after that.

Jack Smith Is Dragging His Feet On Removing Judge Aileen Cannon
The fact that millions of people still support Donald Trump after his felony convictions, and impeachments, and his horrific first term in office says a lot about how stupid the American public can be. One viewer wants to know if we should just let Trump win this election to give these people exactly what they deserve and see how they like it. Farron Cousins explains why that probably isn't a good idea. Listen to our videos in an audio format by subscribing to our podcast: https://farronbalanceddaily.buzzsprout.com/share Don't forget to like, comment, and share! And subscribe to stay connected! Connect with Farron on Twitter: https://twitter.com/farronbalanced *This transcript was auto-generated. Please excuse any typos. It is beyond evident at this point that Judge Eileen Cannon, the Trump appointed judge overseeing the documents trial that she's clearly in the tank for Donald Trump. I mean, just a series of ruling after ruling after ruling in Trump's favor granting hearings on things that ordinarily would not even warrant hearings. But she is so inexperienced, so bad at her job, and so biased in favor of Donald Trump, that she has done everything possible from the outset of this to benefit Trump. Which leads us to another viewer question. This is from at, uh, Collier, who asks, is it possible that Jack Smith was instructed by someone within the DOJ that he can't petition the 11th circuit for his case against defendant Donald Trump? Now, was he instructed by the DOJ that he cannot do that? I, I don't think so. I I I think that's a, a little out of the realm of possibility. Um, but what I do think everybody needs to understand is that the 11th circuit, which is where Smith would have to go to get Canon removed from the case, it's a conservative court. I mean, it has a conservative majority. Hell, it has a Trump appointed majority on that court. And it is overseen by a very arch conservative, justice by the name of William Pryor. Pryor was actually under consideration to be appointed to the US Supreme Court by Donald Trump. Like that is how conservative what a hardliner he is. So the 11th Circuit, even though they have of course ruled against Judge Cannon multiple times, it's unlikely that they would be able to actually get her kicked off the case. Now, do I think there is plenty of evidence to remove Judge Cannon from the case? Absolutely. I mean, I maintain that at this point you have enough evidence to impeach and remove and convict Judge Cannon either for gross incompetence or clear bias or both. It is very obvious what she has done, but I think the gross incompetence thing is something that kind of gets overshadowed by her bias. You know, I, I explained this in a video a week ago, but it's not just that she's biased in favor of Donald Trump. She also has been so oblivious to what the law actually says that the prosecutors for the DOJ have literally during hearings, had to explain to her how the law works, not just, here's what the law says. They have to break it down for her. And according to the reporters that have been present, she still doesn't appear to understand it. Uh, you know, she has had 14 days of criminal trial experience since she has been on the bench 14 days for separate trials. So honestly, she doesn't know what she's doing. She should never have been appointed to be a federal judge in the first place. But it is what it is, right? We can't change that until we get a Democratic majority in the House in the Senate. But could Jack Smith put together a strong enough case to get the Conservative 11th Circuit Court to remove her from the case? I think he could, but for some reason he is not. Maybe he thinks differently. Maybe he knows better than I do, which I'm sure he does, that those justices on that 11th circuit are not gonna get rid of this, you know, Trump appointed judge. So he may just be like, listen, I know that I'm screwed here. I know there's not much I can do, but I'm not putting all my eggs in this basket anyway because I got another case against him. And that's the big one anyway. So maybe that's what he's thinking. Maybe he wants to devote more attention to the case in front of Judge Tanya Chut. But whatever it is, I think he should go for it. But I also trust his judgment. So if he hasn't done it yet, there's likely a very good reason for it.
