This week marks 20 years since the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) entered into force. It's truly sad that the US has never ratified it & is now stepping away from the WHO. Grateful I had the opportunity to live in Uruguay in 2019 & study the successes the FCTC helped catalyze.
