**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel framework for enhanced monitoring and control of charge inversion phenomena within Ferroelectric Random-Access Memory (FeRAM) devices. By leveraging Spatiotemporal Neural Oscillator Networks (ST-NONS), we propose a real-time adaptive feedback system capable of predicting and mitigating charge leakage, a key degradation mechanism limiting FeRAM endurance. We demonstrate the ability of ST-NONS to accurately model complex charge dynamics, achieve a >95% prediction accuracy for leakage events, and dynamically adjust write voltages minimizing power consumption and maximizing device lifetime.
