My first camera was a Pentax MX, inherited in a way from my father, who owned a Leica he didn’t have much time to use. At first, the camera sat unused—photography wasn’t the pervasive activity it is now.

My first camera was a Pentax MX, inherited in a way from my father, who owned a Leica he didn’t have much time to use. At first, the camera sat unused—photography wasn’t the pervasive activity it is now.
