My gloss is that you should report issues even if they are covered by an ongoing civil suit or other judicial process, just don't report hearsay.

Anyone still a federal employee? Here's a chance to learn all about the retirement process and the benefits. When I retired in 2015, there was NOTHING. OPM took 15 months to correct my VERA pay then paid a lump sum/no calculation of the amount. Protect yourself!
