In it, Dame Christine said "This supports the NHS commitment to providing every patient with same-sex accommodation, helping to safeguard their privacy and dignity when they are at their most vulnerable". Who could argue with that? Annex E of that letter is entitled "Delivering same-sex accommodation for trans people and gender variant children" *. It says, inter alia, 1. Trans people should be accommodated according to their presentation: the way they dress, and the name and pronouns that they currently use. 2. This may not always accord with the physical sex appearance of the chest or genitalia; 3. It does not depend upon their having a gender recognition certificate (GRC) or legal name change; 4. It applies to toilet and bathing facilities (except, for instance, that pre-operative trans people should not share open shower facilities); 5. Views of family members may not accord with the trans person's wishes, in which case, the trans person's view takes priotity. "At all times this should be done according to the wishes of the (trans] patient, rather than the convenience of the staff (see http://www.gires.org.uk/assets/trans-rights.pdf section 1.4, pp9,10)." In the current version of NHS England's policy on "Delivery same-sex accommodation" published in 2019, Annex E became Annex B. The reference to GIRES was diplomatically dropped but little else changed. "Providers of NHS-funded care are expected to have a zero-tolerance approach to mixed-sex accommodation, except where it is in the overall best interest of all patients affected"; or unless Charles claims to be Chardonnay. "Revised guidance which supports privacy, dignity and safety for all patients in hospital accommodation will be published as soon as possible." Why the delay? Annex B is unlawful and has been since it was published. Someone in the Government understands the Supreme Court's ruling sufficiently to insist LGBT + Labour cancel its AGM to prevent a male from being elected as Women's Officer. Precisely the same legal imperative demands immediate deletion of Annex The Equalities and Human Rights Commission has stated that no one needs further clarification or guidance before acting on the ruling of April 16*. This shilly-shallying is nothing more than a scurrilous excuse for an ideologically captured NHS to defy the law for a little bit longer. There is no need for a wider and costly review of "Delivering same sex accommodation." I am convinced that the real ICE agents aren’t the ones we are seeing. The goofballs in masks who look and act like they have not had 1 s of LEO training are bounty hunters. So I resd the documents thst outline the DHS policy on use of force. Theres supposed to be internal reporting on all incidents that are use of force incidents investigation, etc. Theres supposed to also be an IG to report to. (But I know trunp has fifed a bunch)

I’m not teaching that. I’m with the good citizens chasing them off. I am convinced the only reason these untrained bounty hunters haven’t shot anybody is that while ICE issues them cool guns and vests they don’t give them any bullets. They Barney Fifed them. Kristi Gnome has 1 bullet to issue
