They got back to me immediately saying that nothing has been priced yet and a professional will set pricing. That means someone will just look on the notoriously overinflated / grifting FirstDibs or Chairish, and a battered old nightstand will suddenly be marked at $1500.

Seriously doubting ability to pick up any projects this year. FB Marketplace awash with furniture that people have priced based on the absinthe and a couple of lines of coke FirstDibs price of their thing that has been misidentified.
