A president who requires a golden sign to locate the Oval Office is not #FitToServe

HASC Dems RM @adamsmith.house.gov, CEC Chair @repmarktakano.bsky.social, Co-Chair @repericsorensen.bsky.social, Vice Chair @sarajacobs.house.gov, & @houlahan.house.gov are leading the #FitToServe Act to ensure trans people can serve in the military, including by explicitly ensuring access to care.

Trump’s DOJ needs to get their facts straight. Trans people are already being forced out of the military because of Trump's trans military ban.

We are committed to overturning this policy and codifying explicit protections for trans military service because trans people are #FitToServe.

This may require a HIPAA exemption because the Pres need sto be #FitToServe, but we need a mechanism to require medical staff attending the President to report his true condition to the Cabinet,and if they don't act on it,they can be held liable the same way someone who executes unlawful orders can.
