I've been spending an unearthly amount of time thinking about Fitzchivalry Farseer and the Fool lately
the 2 best books I've read this year are The Lies of Locke Lamora and Assassin's Apprentice. Both of them made me bawl and reel, both of them a masterclass in characterization, grief, cunning, and worldbuilding.
Year's not over yet. I may end up reading another banger.
