Behavior can be an addiction as well. It wouldn't be a stretch to say that torturing the Fizzbot head as his outlet becomes that addiction. Blitzø did already outright call it an unhealthy coping mechanism.

This is how I read it, too. Blitz knew he was going to explode at that moment and removed himself from the situation to get the anger out on the Fizzbot rather than cause trouble at the hospital.
