#Flair58

First, that flair58 is lovely. Second, that cup is INCREDIBLE.

Our weekend @ our place, RE|CORE: Tjeat, a culinary affair. Glorious food by Michelin star restaurants Ogst, Vrijmoed & Ross. Glorious coffee by us, till midnight 😅.
Gear: Flair58 LE + funnel & screen, Fiorenzato F64 EVO Pro Sense, Happy Tamper WDT, Happy Tamper, Fellow Stagg EKG Pro #CoffeeSky

3/3: With no electricity I would hesitate to go with the #Flair58 unless you need the workflow to produce a lot of shots back to back.

e.g. on my Decent DE1XL, it has an excellent OEM dispersion screen, but the flow pattern will absolutely change based on its orientation to the grouphead. Using a Flair58 screen minimizes that effect while also removing headspace (which has multiple benefits for me).

My countertop space is not infinite, so buying yet another appliance does not spark joy.

D'y'all have recommendations?

A flair58 looks like fun. I'm afraid I'd be not consistent enough to pull good shots with it.
