A Su-33 Flanker-D carrier-capable fighter seen to the port side from the tailgunner's position in a Bear-H cruise missile carrier. The image quality is rather poor, but you can make out the blueish livery with the white nosecone and combination of caards and single-seat canopy typical for the Su-33. It appears to point its nose at the end of the horizontal stabilizer and rear elevator that dominates the picture.

So the way I would use the Scorpion is as a quick flanker, which want to still keep a distance to use the PPC effectively. In that sense, the SRM6 is a bit odd, since it prompts the pilot to get closer. I see it more as covering the PPC min range.
