2/2 Thomas places his hand into the wound of Christ, a 16th century Flemish roundel now in the Galilee Chapel of Durham Cathedral. The attractive setting is much later, presumably early 19th Century, and includes some fragments of old Flemish glass.

The rabbits used for the Teletubbies were Giant Flemish Rabbits, the largest rabbit species in the world and were used to make the Teletubbies look smaller in comparison.

Tobias and Raphael take their leave of Tobit and Anna, 16th Century Flemish glass now in the Galilee Chapel of Durham Cathedral. It's one of two panels dated 1529 and labelled with the name Herr Thomas van Zwaneburch. They came to Durham in 1957, and were probably made for a domestic setting.

‘Le Chapeau de Paille’, oil on panel, 1622-25, famous portrait by Flemish artist Peter Paul Rubens, probably of Susanna Lunden; later error in title (hat is of felt).
Rubens’ work inspired self-portrait 1782 by Louise Élisabeth Vigée-Lebrun 1755-1842, painter to Marie-Antoinette.
