#LazerLock arrives on the scene to set up barriers that she's just DARING you to cross. The villain/antagonist for FlickerFlash in my retro setting #MoonPearl City.

Makes up to 10 immovable laser-like rods that burn and trap others if touched by anyone else. ✨🌃🔒

I was thinking about my universe system recently and reflecting on how I have a few that fall outside some of these settings. 🤔

The Flickerflash and Blackout Gang are kind of in a past/AU version of SuperClassique and all my desert future stuff with Vissica is entirely separate, so I'm lost. 🤷‍♀️

I rarely do typography or logo design these days but these were all fun to do for my #OC shared universes that I'll be sorting with new designs. ☀️✨

When you light up EVERYTHING you can touch, its easy to stop the power-outage heist gang that keeps showing up. 👉✨

#FlickerFlash and a villain reflection of her powerset #LazerLock ✨🌃🔒

One lights up what they touch the other one makes finite light beams appear in the air.🎆

Inept villain #OC gang called the Blackout Gang.
😈Pulse 🩻Skelly 😏Smooth

They shut down energy in areas to extort money, causing mayhem during the power outage. What happens after that isn't very thought out when heroes like FlickerFlash arrive. 🥽🌃📻

Some early #WIP color and design study for #FlickerFlash

As much as I love the blue and green its a little too aqua/ocean. The jazz-cup style white shirt and headband brings a lot more attention to her face and is much more retro/aerobic. 🌊🌴✨

Dancing her way out of the arcade with light up moves, it's #FlickerFlash

My retro hero #OC that can imbue light into objects and herself to distract and blind the criminals of retro and city pop/future funk themed MoonPearl City. 💃✨

She seems to emit a kind of light from her fingers and feet as she moves. Multiple digital illustrative sketches of FlickerFlash using her abilities to imbue light into objects, herself and throw sparkles. The sunset cola next to her is very important.

It's #FlickerFlash, the kinetic light and illusion hero in a city full of saxophone and waterways. 🎷🌊

Are there any OCs you find yourself neglecting?

I have too many characters, so yes I'd love to rework many an #OC.

My CityPop/FutureFunk character, FlickerFlash 🌃
A universe incarnate, Galexandria 🌌
All of my 'Unwanted Sun' sub-bosses, based off exotic stars. ⭐✨🎇

I'd love to re-explore them all.

Trickle Flickerflash grew up in Nooktuck, pushed toward a quiet life of animal wrangling, but his restlessness sent him traveling with a wandering merchant caravan. Life on the road suited him until a Fey Lord was assassinated nearby and he was blamed, forcing him to flee to protect the others.

Well, that makes me feel a little better 🤣 I was barely online from like... 2007 until 2022 or so.

I was on Twitter for like a flickerflash before it was sold and started to sour, still not certain I get this mode of expression.
