Saw this fella sitting on the front porch in Ft Meyers. I felt a bit like Jim from Mutual of Omaha’s wild kingdom when I opened the door to pursue and photograph. Really good sized bobcat. He gave no indication that his first name was “Bob”.

Found this guy hanging out in the garage today. Not sure how long he had been there but based upon prior experience, we decided to move the car out and see if he would find his way out.
After about an hour of quiet, he did.

When the temperatures drop in south Florida, the iguananas drop too. They go into a dormant state when the temps get down into the 40s but he'll reactivate once it warms up.
