They received all 10 of their basketball chairs in PIECES and were scrambling to put everything back together (and praying all the parts were even there). 😰

Worst I’ve ever seen an airline pull was when I took a Westjet flight with my mom to BC and they brought her wheelchair out in a box completely disassembled down to the nuts and bolts. Their response when we asked what happened was “someone must have gotten bored”

Tomorrow, trying again with this whole leaving thing. This is the worst hotel I’ve been in in a while & I have no luggage so no meds or soap or clothes, & I don’t even care much b/c I’m just so grateful to be laying down with the mask off. #FlyingWhileDisabled

Home safe, but a fun new a fun new #flyingwhiledisabled adventure on the way home: @united gave me the wrong tag on my gate-checked wheelchair, so despite it being RIGHT THERE (and crew trying to help), I had to go to the baggage claim w/ the seat & accessories, etc. to get it.
