A foetus, like the one in the photo, even if, by some miracle WAS born alive, it would NOT live for 30 mins.
At 16 weeks, a foetus barely has lungs, just rudimentary structures that are not yet capable of oxygen transfer. Humans die in 6 mins without oxygen. This foetus didn't breathe.
