Your Daily Affirmation:
Nothing bothers me today. All the lies, the horseshit, the foldoerol, the flim-flam, the flapdoodle, foofaraw, and heinous fuckery most foul does not affect me. I am a chillscicle. It is all cool runnings today.

It’s a shame this Epstein foofaraw is distracting from what I’m sure were big plans to roll out an assassination commemorating meme coin or sneakers or whatever.
President Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt one year ago in Butler, Pennsylvania. Here's what we know about how that day changed U.S. politics. bit.ly/4nCAP5P

The whole drone foofaraw is a solid data point for the "most of the country is stupid" election post-op. -OS

Give these mags some love including foofaraw!!
No promos from us for #litmagweek, instead, I'd like to point you all to the magazines I ~~am most jealous of~~ admire the most. I'm sure you know them already, but go give them your money:

Authors using non-easy words is how we readers build vocabulary. I have learned some humdingers!

"Foofaraw" is a favorite, isn't it great?

Nobody is expected to know all the words, that's why we have dictionaries.
I don't think 'scrying' is a hard word.

Also, you don't get to deem DADO and DIDO too obscure to play and then enable FOOFARAW.
Speaking of verbification, it's been explained to me (I think by @jessesword.com) how "google" is a playable word, but it still makes me furrow my brow.

Though not as much as the odious "mentee" makes me furrow my brow.

Though even I know that "mecca" and "morocco" are generic nouns.

The pink ruffles are just foofaraw around the actual flower, that little yellow thing. But it's foofaraw I love.

I somehow missed last year's "Harriet Tubman didn't exist" foofaraw.

Good lord, these children.

So there was a lot of foofaraw while they figured out what kind of ink, and how much, and what laminate or coating to put on the cover that still looked good but stopped the ink from destroying it.

The guy who ran the mass-market production at Harper was REALLY GOOD at his job.

Yep. There was foofaraw last year about a guy arrested for “protesting” abortion and it turned out he shoved someone to the ground.
