Fords have FordPass Connect which does allow a vehicle to be remotely shut off, but only if that vehicle was remotely turned on. If a key or a button was used to turn it on, then it can't be remotely turned off - according to google, when I asked if FordPass Connect allows remote turn offs

If Ford's don' have OnStar, then it doesn't matter if Onstar is an always-on cellular connection. OnStar is only for GMs. Ford uses FordPass Connect instead. When I googled the question, google says FordPass Connect does allow Fords to be remotely shut off but only if they were remotely turned on
