We were devastated to learn that our beloved girl Matti needed to be considered a fospice situation. Luckily, wonderful chief volunteer Sandy stepped up to bring her home this Christmas!

Meet Riri. Born with abnormal sinuses, she struggles to breathe. Sadly, surgery to fix her airway isn't possible because her trachea is too tiny to fit an intubation tube. But thanks to you, any care she ever needs is covered & she's celebrating life to the fullest in fospice ❤️‍🩹

She had a real bad seizure at 3 am, was wobbly and nauseous for hours afterward. Wound up spending shabbos at the vet. She’s ok now but seeing her seizures progress like this hurts my heart.

Looking for a long term fospice home for a sixteen year old blind cat with early stage kidney issues. Ideally within reasonable distance of Solano County, care costs will be covered by initial finder for life. He’d apparently a very sweet and lovely old man!

This was Nemo. we took him on as a fospice case. He was only with us a short time but ventured bravely into our garden. I was with him when he passed, and would not have had it any other way. (Not the best 2015 iPad photo every but he was LOVED while he was with us.)
Frail and old tabby cat looks at the camera as if to say 'open this closed door'. His name was Nemo and we only had him for a short period of fospice care.
