Here's the last 2 weeks of earthquake activity in southeast Australia: just over 100 events detected. The largest was a magnitude 3.5 at Fosterville Gold Mine in central Victoria. Some of the magnitude ~2 quakes also occurred near mines at Muswellbrook, Singleton and Cadia in NSW

Fun to find a pure white Rock Pigeon aka White Dove but it begs the question, escapee or naturalized? It appeared very healthy, just another bird in a flock. It did have a cable tie/band around one leg.

Of last week's 35 earthquakes, Victoria hosted the largest: a magnitude 2.9 near Bruthen VIC, along with a magnitude 2.2 near Fosterville Gold Mine. A magnitude 2.6 occurred off the coast of Newcastle NSW, and 7 events were added to the ongoing swarm near Zeehan TAS.
