This is a Fostex X-15 4-track. I did not own one of these, but I lived with someone who did. I used it every chance I could. It sounded terrible. I loved it.

左スピーカー低音部にビビりが起きていてまずスピーカーを疑って交換するもだめでミキサーからの経路やケーブル替えてみたりして最後に手元アナログボリュームつまみとして便利に15年使ってきたFostexのPC100USBが原因でした経年劣化かな。

Taking apart a destroyed Fostex 260 4-track. I don't like the digital transport buttons on these models, but they make gnarly feedback which I love. And this board is kinda beautiful by itself.

Nah it's not. Coz you can bounce things down and have have loads more over dubbing if you like. Also this was pro equipment, run by excellent engineers not your shit 90s Fostex running c90s. And finally having to lock in decisions about production early is good, stops fannying about. NEXT.
