The bytes/strings package comes with the `Cut()` method that helps to get first chunk of a string before the separator.

To get the last one, you usually had do the `strings.LastIndex()` dance. Not anymore. Go 1.27 comes with `CutLast()` on strings and bytes. Way easier!
