One of the biggest clogs in the world, now with one of the smallest clogs in the world on top. I wonder if one year the Mayor will pull a William Dainty i.e. do five lines of coke, shout "I'm feeling INVINCIBLE" and edit the sign to proclaim it THE biggest clog in the world.
