Had a lot of good memories, from attending the official launch at Nintendo NY to competing with my friends for the fastest Koopa Freerunning times, and I even went and completed the whole game.

decided to check out the VHOLUME demo because i loved Mirror's Edge as a kid and i was immediately intrigued by the screenshots of large, brutalist-adjacent ruins. i had fun for sure, but perhaps predictably it's hard to slow down and appreciate the environment in a freerunning game.

i remember looking online for speculation
but 2 keeps all the good parts of 1 (freerunning, assassination, historical setting) with a way more likeable protagonist + more to do in the cities. i'd say buy 2, and even if you like it you prob won't want to play the next one until the next sale anyway

It was such a good ending for both Ezio and Altair’s stories. They are my favorite assassins. It’s also the last AC game where I felt the most in control of the movement before whatever AC3 did to the freerunning.
