….serenity that relaxes and quietens the mind. It provides a stillness for reflection that too often is lacking in modern life.”

My actual #fridayFavourite photo of my sole roll of @ilfordphoto.com #FP4+ for the #FP4party.
Could be the lines but usually urban scenes do it for me.

Playing this today. Loudly. Very highly recommend every track on it.

Another of my favourite ever books is #PSILoveYou by #CeceliaAhern @harpercollins.bsky.social

This is a very special book to me for so many reasons - never underestimate the power of words, every book means something to someone & that is just an incredible thought❤️

I forgot #fridayfavourite

This ties into my recent #FridayFavourite posts! I recently shared songs from Shamini's album KaliYuga Blues on Facebook. There is an anthem for social workers and their clients (Safe Space), a love song (Surefire Love - check it ot on You Tube!) and this weekend, I share the ambient groovy song...

The album I currently have on repeat is KaliYuga Blues, by Shamini.⠀
The song I am sharing today as my #FridayFavourite, is Maya youtu.be/Gvds4YY802I?...
Shamini Jain describes the song here: www.shaminijain.com/kaliyugablues ⠀
⠀

probably my favourite Faith No More song for a #FridayFavourite

To see the unseen glitter of life
To feel the dirt, grief, anger and strife

It’s calm, elegant, and made with feeling.

A #fridayfavourite that was shot on a Monday

This is during snow we had in November 2024. I only just got around to developing this roll, it spans nearly 10 months from Nov24 to Sep25!
