#FridgeMagnetFriday
Those of you here who know me as more than a harmless red panda obsessive will know of my love for @jodrellbank.

No better way to celebrate their 80th anniversary than a special edition #FridgeMagnetFriday with FOUR magnets in planetary alignment with a StarBar.

Who doesn't love a nice picnic at a castle?
In this case, it's smashing Tamworth castle.

You wouldn't normally see red pandas and lions in the wild together but through the magic of #FridgeMagnetFriday I have, at long last, brought them together 😀
Kind of. In a way. A bit.

Twix Xtra.
Clitheroe Castle Museum gift shop fridge magnet.
No better combo.

I don't think to say anything more, do I?
Do I!?

It's yet another #FridgeMagnetFriday (and about bloody time, I hear you say) and this time, it's a European edition with some nutty chocolate from our sensible German friends and just this once, a magnet from Bordeaux rather than a bottle of plonk 🍷

I'll whisper this quietly but......I love Hitchin and let's be honest.......who doesn't?

It's that day again! It's..... #FridgeMagnetFriday 🥳

Not for me to say whether Yorkie is or isn't for girls, unless it's my Yorkie, in which case, it's for me.

What most certainly is for girls is Science and no better way to illustrate and celebrate this than a periodic table fridge magnet 😍

The perfect boost for a Friday - a chocolate bar and a train set-related fridge magnet.
Chocolate AND a train set!
Seriously, what more do you want for Christmas? 🎅
Seriously.

To celebrate my love of all* things north of the border, here's an extra special double-header #FridgeMagnetFriday for you featuring maps of Scotland juxtaposed against two of my favourite exports.

Sadly, I haven't got a single malt whisky fridge magnet.
Yet.

With it being the last Friday before Christmas, there could only be one chocolate: Terry's chocolate orange, dark mode, of course and one fridge magnet: cute cat with a Santa hat.

It's what Christmas is all about.
If you like chocolate.
And fridge magnets.

As part of a new feature where everybody asked "could he?" but no one said "I think he should", I will be posting some of my favourite fridge magnets, placed next to top confectionery for scale.
I'm calling it.....
#FridgeMagnetFriday

First up, the museum at the plague village of Eyam and an Aero.

If you've never been to the Heights of Abraham at Matlock Bath, I'd highly recommend a visit.

The fridge magnet doesn't do the place justice. Although a KitKat Chunky can do anything justice.
I had a smashing day there with @mikert1986.bsky.social and @booticketyboo.bsky.social

Marvellous Ironbridge next to a superb dark chocolate Bounty.

And I've said it before and I'll say it again until the filthy stop-out cows come home.....every and I mean EVERY chocolate bar on sale should have, by law, a dark chocolate version available.

To illustrate my diversity when it comes to chocolate, this week's "eagerly anticipated" #FridgeMagnetFriday is an After 8 Mint. And I couldn't think of anything better to place it against than a magnet of England's largest waterfall (by volume), High Force in lovely Teeside.

#FridgeMagnetFriday is a Marathon, not a sprint. Or a Snickers.
But in recognition of its 1930s origins, here it is next to another icon from the 1930s.
I'm in a Snickers state of mind........

I can’t believe it’s #FridgeMagnetFriday once again!
So here’s how my fridge is looking

Btw fridge magnets make good stretch goal items on Kickstarters

Yes, it's everybody's favourite day of the week again!
That's right - it's another #FridgeMagnetFriday 🥳

What better way to celebrate Blackpool's 'Festival of Light' than with a Blackpool Pleasure Beach log flume picture fridge magnet from 2008, set against a Cadbury Whole Nut?

This week's #FridgeMagnetFriday is a beauty.
Not before time, I have juxtaposed the behemoth of Fry's Chocolate Cream with an Exotic Zoo fridge magnet. But not just any Exotic Zoo, TELFORD'S Exotic Zoo.
If that doesn't get your Friday off to a good start, frankly, nothing will.

Today's #FridgeMagnetFriday is one that a lot of you* have been requesting. Yes, it's the classic Curly Wurly!! 🥳
Only, it's no longer classic, being shrunk from a small ladder to the size of a Bookie's pencil.

Here it is next to a teeny tiny Spanish holiday magnet.

Can't think of a better way to celebrate the "8th Wonder of the World" that is The Chilterns than parking a ruddy big Double Decker chocolate bus next to a fridge magnet that celebrates all things Chiltern.

Although, personally, I'd lose the "one for you".
"one for me" stays.

Seeing as some of us have recently celebrated/been ignored by Valentine's Day, this week's #FridgeMagnetFriday is the chocolate that asks, "do you love anyone enough to give them your last one?"
I'd give you a packet! Providing I had two more 😊
Here's a cat-choc themed magnet for scale.

Don't Panic!
#FridgeMagnetFriday stops for nothing, not even Halloween 🎃

No better way to celebrate Halloween AND Friday than a Crunchie shown to scale against a fridge magnet with the inscription above Shakespeare's grave in Stratford-upon-Avon on it.

And you can win 89p!

This week's #FridgeMagnetFriday is the wondrous wonderful Churnet Valley Railway sign, which is maybe not as big as you think when placed next to a Wagon Wheel (Jammie edition, of course) for scale, which, as we all know, has significantly shrunk in size.
