i have a proof of concept data win patcher (using utmt cli) + xap maker setup now and installing the final xap on a windows phone just works!! this is probably the most legal undertale phone port in a while and its only for windows phone #fuckandroid
thank u so so much XAP for just being another "hello i am a new package format (is actually just zip but renamed)" file format because that is going to make releasing the undertale windows phone port so much easier

Google's SafetyCore (sensitive photo scanning) and restricting install from other sources soon wanna jump ship so fast!
Not to mention that Komikku with file syncing would make manga reading great!
