Tonight I baked alfajores, a South American variant (I believe Argentinian!) of a sandwich cookies, these with dulce de leche as the filling! Also #glutenfree as primarily corn starch dough! Very tasty!

Baked blueberry whole wheat muffins last night on a lark after Sydyeen asked me about recipes earlier in the day. Super good! Made King Arthur's whole wheat blueberry muffin recipe with coconut oil!

The other treat I forgot to share as far as #baking is concerned was this chocolate sheet pan "croissant" from King Arthur. The crust recipe needs some work, namely it's almost too thin, but definitely could work! Fun chocolatey treat!

Had @mathias over yesterday for brunch...? ...brinner? Something like that.

I made giant blueberry scones and French press coff for us and he cooked up sausage and eggs :kay_happy: was a lovely meal and time!

If I do a baking stream tonight, which should I make? Here we are; Rosemary garlic focaccia, half sheet pan style. Crunchy, should be amazing with dins!
