Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. What’s the benefit of a TIVA RSI? Just do it the “old fashioned” way and switch them to TIVA if you must 🙄 - or if you feel the need give them midaz, start the TIVA, check the drip, give the Roc they’ll be asleep/amnestic 90 seconds later… #ansky #gamc26
