Space Force has issued 200 belated 'decay notices' for space debris objects which reentered and burned up over the past 10 years but which hadn't had reentry dates issued by them. I have now updated GCAT planet4589.org/space/gcat accordingly.

To provide a simple key to tie the objects in the GCAT object catalogs to the launches in the GCAT launch lists, I'll be rolling out a new Launch_Tag field in the object catalogs in the near future. Stay tuned! (4/4)

For Saturday #caturday: Owneynagat (cave of the cats / cave of Cruachu) near Rathcroghan co. Roscommon; associated with the otherworld in early Irish tales; it is a very dark cave with a manmade entrance, which includes an intriguing ogam stone; have to admit I only got partway down the passage....

Interim updates made to GCAT and the Satcon pages; still some details to fill in over the next couple days.
Completed a successful visit to London, making slow but steady progress on my relocation project. Back in Boston tomorrow, will update the web site over the weekend.

(3/n) Until now, serial numbers for SpaceX Falcon 9 rockets have not been publicly available and I've just used a running number (basically, launch order). Thanks to a kind source at SpaceX this situation has been rectified, and GCAT has now been updated accordingly.

The same document gives an impact location, which allows me to solve for the planned orbital inclination too, another thing I didn't have before for this launch. GCAT will be updated accordingly tomorrow. Still improving 1964 data entries!
Does anyone have super algorithms to sharpen up this image? I *think* the crucial line B says "08 / 1906:19 Z", yes? (from declassified NRO document about the Oct 1964 Atlas Agena launch failure, only good source I have found for the launch time)

Once in Bromley by Jun 1 or so, I'll be using Saturn until the shipping stuff arrives and is unpacked and I get Aquila running again. Only then will I have a fully operational battle... er I mean JSR/GCAT production environment.
