My understanding of the criteria for a CIP (gifct.org/content-inci... for those who don't know GIFCT's work) the footage must be perpetrator-produced. Have I been operating under a wrong assumption all this time? Because every AAR I've read has only involved perpetrator-produced material--

My ideal procedure would be to calculate a PDQ hash upon image ingest, joining that with industry hash sets for CSAM, NCII and while you're at it, probably the GIFCT terrorist imagery database. For LAION, this would have required the actual images, which they reportedly did not have. 5/15
