The MWO GRF-5M is broken. They should probably emergency patch it. They must not have checked it's output with 4 AC2, b/c 20 dps at 1.1km optimal shouldn't be in the game on a medium mech. They spent half a year nerfing the assault EXE-B-C for having those stats.

SummitMarker v0.1 is a collection of decorative graphics to be placed on mountain tops: metal, wooden, and stone cross, survey marker, cairn, inuksuk, and prayer flags. Since this is my first graphics set that was completely drawn by hand from scratch, I'm still not completely satisfied and might re-work some graphics later, but will release for now anyway. First, we urge governments, the GRF Secretariat, UN agencies, and donors to recommit their attention and ensure they have sufficient resources to fulfill their pledges by December 2027.

Taking this forward: GRF pledge progress in every country we researched is dependent on UN agencies & highly susceptible to humanitarian aid cuts. As budgets shrink, national gov'ts are vulnerable to gaps in pledge delivery, and progress has (and likely will continue to) stall/ed due to funding cuts
