Last week, I had the chance to take part in the GSO #LeadershipAcademy.

#LSA9 just wrapped up in Berlin! 🟡 A week of reflection, exchange & fresh perspectives. Our fellows explored what leadership means in research today—across roles, disciplines & institutions. From different workshops to tough questions: leading in academia starts with self-awareness.

In addition to 1:1 coaching, our Fellows worked in small groups today on the topic of 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & on their 𝗙ü𝗵𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗸𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲.
🚶 During lunch break today we had a walk to @Mathildenhoehe with an exciting guided tour by @philippgutbrod!
In addition to 1:1 coaching, our Fellows worked in small groups today on the topic of 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 & on their 𝗙ü𝗵𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗸𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲.
