Main problem with these is they're based on old gameport connections from the Windows 3.1/95 days, pre-USB.
But the sensors are all standard potentiometers, and once I give them a good cleaning I can wire them to an Arduino board with a USB plug. Easy peasy.

It has the full complement of ports you'd expect from the early 2000s. You've got the full complement of Firewire, Gameport, PS/2 and a Parallel port.

Most PCs of this era only had one gameport for controller devices, so it features a pass through port to connect additional players.
It's surprisingly comfortable considering its age too.

Originally the unit wasn't standalone. It was intended to plug into a port on Thrustmaster's HOTAS units back in the 90s, then plug into a gameport connection on the PC.
It's only a single Z-axis, but that's all I really need. Just have to wire it to the Arduino Micro and a USB-C connector.
